What are the freight charges to my city?
You should already be aware that inside Christchurch metropolitan area it is free of charge for minimum of $40.00 spend & Maximum of 2 Boxes,delivery will be on the same day or the next working day.1. Outer suburbs of Christchurch - $4.90*
Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Lincoln, Darfield, Rolleston ... Delivery will be on the next working day
2. Rural Area (RD or Rapid No's)
e.g. Oxford, Culverden, Cheviot, Methven, Hanmer Springs,Kaukoura....V Extra Charge of $3.50 delivery next day or the second working day.
3. South Island - $9.25*
Anywhere in the South Island two Days delivery to main centres Monday-Friday
(No Saturday Delivery)
Rural area allow another day.
4. Chatham Island & Stewart Island - $9.25-$11.25
Three days delivery
All Deliveries must be signed for
If no-one is home a card is left and receiver is to pick up from depot, or authority to leave it on instraction from the customers.

What will happen if I have few packs of nappies that I cannot use because my baby has grown out of that size?
As part of our service you are more than welcome to exchange any unopened packs with other sizes, also we can mix your box to the sizes you like.This rule does not apply on Huggies bulk boxes as we are required by the manufacturer not to retail any opened boxes or opened packs, so once the bulk box or the pack is opened it cannot be exchanged, please contact Kimberly Clark on 0800 733 703 if you want to inquire or for product complaints.
